I highly recommend Dr. Elías Sinahi Ramirez Sánchez. I saw 4 neurosurgeons hoping to avoid surgery, but only he gave me total peace. He is an elite surgeon: the only one who ordered nerve tests to eliminate guessing and target the exact discs. Because my US insurance only covers emergencies here, he came up with a plan, admitted me, and worked diligently for 13 days to get it approved. Even when dog-tired from complex cases, he checked on me twice a day. Surgery was a success, and he responded instantly whenever I needed pain management. At my follow-up today, he noticed I had injured my finger and immediately stepped over to treat and wrap it before I could even ask. That speaks volumes about his character. He is brilliant, secure, incredibly responsive, and has the best bedside manner. The best in Mexico!
