Is it possible to continue working with the Meniere illness? I do a lot of driving and traveling around the country and am on the go almost everyday. I fear that I may have an attack while driving and get into an accident. What is the recommendation on this?

Meniere's disease is a chronic disorder, it needs close follow by an Audiologist Otoneurologist there are a few different treatments that you can try, regarding work, when you're controlled there's no problem working or driving, however you have to be very strict with your treatment specially the diet.

Meniere's disease has periods of exacerbation and periods when you don't have any symptoms, if you have an adequate control of the disease you can make your daily activities, but if you are dizziness you can't drive your car or get in to public transportation, because you could have and accident.
